Malik Arjun Tour and Travel provides taxi and travel services across North Goa, including:

• Calangute

• Baga

• Candolim

• Anjuna

• Vagator

Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings must be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

• Booking confirmation depends on vehicle availability and route schedules.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

• Any extra charges such as tolls, parking fees, night charges, or waiting time (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.

• Payments must be made in full as agreed during booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations should be informed as early as possible.

• Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• No refund will be provided for unused or partially used services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence will be chargeable.

• Smoking, alcohol, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

Malik Arjun Tour and Travel will not be responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, roadblocks, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Luggage Policy

• Standard luggage is allowed based on vehicle capacity.

• Extra luggage may incur additional charges or require a larger vehicle.

8. Liability

• Malik Arjun Tour and Travel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

• Customers are advised to keep their belongings safe at all times.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unavoidable circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in advance whenever possible.

10. Changes to Terms

Malik Arjun Tour and Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
